In 2013 our “innovation team” created a winning recipe, combining the delicacy of the Filetto di Suino BIO with the pistachio, a characteristic ingredient from the Sicilian Lands. The result is not only delicious but also unique in scent and colour.
Thanks to this new recipe Valserio BIO won the award for the best innovation in the Milano Wolrd Food Exhibition.
To create is our passion, and we never grow tired of doing it. Our R&D department studies, everyday, the properties of the ingredients to mix with our meat for well balanced recipes full of innovation and tradition.
